Jack In The Box - Henderson

We experienced a delay with our food and faced some frustration when we inquired about it. Although they handled our order correctly, the reception wasn't very welcoming, and the service speed was lacking. Unfortunately, we haven't received our food yet. Overall, I would rate the service as 2 out of 5.

The hours posted on the window indicate that they're open until 10 PM, but during my last two visits, they closed at 9 PM. I really dislike having to make the drive, especially since it seems to be their preferred method of service.

My burger was cold—not just warm, but cold. The fries were hot, but the meat was not. Is there no health inspection? Food rating: 1/5.

Jack in the box is just that a fast food restaurant like all other jack in the boxes and all other fast food restaurants it is about average eating was not better or not worse. they got the order right. food: 3/5

This Jacks location hires disrespectful little kids. Not customer friendly at all! My husband said Thank you and the little kid just basically told us to get going! No home training! If your looking for good customer service this is not your spot, find another one!
