Feedback gevenMy experience today with Little Caesars with unbelievably horrible regarding time. We select Little Caesars as an option to save time today was not that day. I placed the order online to pick up at a specific time, I arrived 2 minutes early so I waited asked if my pizza was ready they said it would be coming out soon it took 20 minutes from that point to get my pizza. Again Pizza by this time was cold and I was frustrated so here I am letting you know that this location has a hard time delivering pizzas on time.
Only two people working there today (Friday), and only one of them cooking. And she was going really slow. 20 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready I asked for an update. They said they had forgotten about it and asked for me to wait another 20 minutes. I cancelled the order, looks like frozen pizza tonight. Not the first time I've been disappointed by this location
It is fast cheap and easy pizza. The cheese and sausage pizza is the best but all are ok. Lol don't believe no fee delivery, there are no fees but they Jack the regular prices to make up for no fees, so you are still paying for it and the practice is deceptive at best even though right at the end of the commercials they tell you what they are doing. Just get carry out or order ahead for carry out so you don't have to wait.
Be warned! I ordered online and went to pick it up, the guy before Syney Lono (SP) said they didn't have my order and even though I had the email confirmation, the order number and it came from my bank he refused to accept that I had an order with them. I've been waiting in the store for over 40 minutes. He left me back to the line and said he could order it again, but I would be accused and it would be another 40 minutes. He assured me it didn't go through his system and I won't be charged. I left the store without pizza. Two days later, it published in my bank and I had to say a fraud. While waiting for me to observe another similar problem, they took the money from another customer and when the customer came back with reception, they could not find the pizza and had to wait again.
I come to this place quite often. You have excellent customer service but my recent visit made me rather dissatisfied. I ordered one of the new items the Pepperoni Fanceroni, which claims to have 100 pieces of pepperoni. My first two times ordering this pizza I had no complaints but this time I noticed that there were significantly less pepperoni definitely not 100 slices! Whoever really jumped this pizza to peppers and honestly I feel like I didn't deserve my money. Editing: After attempting to reconcile the terrible experience, another work was carried out: Ordered from this place and placed my order. Dunno, if his new manager or something, but not order from this place, unless you want to waste money.
