Elevations Chophouse At Skylarana

We were disappointed that the dinner service was buffet. no mention of when reservations were made or we would have chosen another restaurant. also many choices on the hot buffet were actually cold. no room temperature, more like coming from the refrigerator.

Fall Harvest menu was delicious but limited choices for an alternative was disappointing.

Phenomenal view and ambiance. I stayed for the sunset and dusk, including coffee and dessert. I confess, the poignancy of the moment brought tears of humble gratitude. Food, drinks, and service made for an unforgettable experience.

Disappointed in the food. The appetizer was cold and both main courses where warmish at best

The salmon was outstanding and the special, smoked bison steak, was amazing. The wine pairing was also fantastic. It's our favorite restaurant.
