Panera Bread - Hendersonville

Haven't been to Paneras in years so this was a great treat. Soup was as good as I remembered!

This location has not only the worst customer service, they clearly have a lack of care for the customer orders. Be warned if you want any minor modification to your order don’t expect it to be completed. Their staff are either all illiterate or just choose not to read the display screen for orders. I’m tired of paying for over priced add ons and never getting them.

Loved the soup, but what happened to the soup for $1.00 according to TV ads? Prices are a bit high too. Over $8.00 for a bowl of soup. 2 people, almost $50 for lunch. WoW!

I LOVE ALL THE STAFF, SO INCREDIBLY NICE AND COOL ?

Great staff, great food, great experience. Can't recommend this location enough.
