I usually purchase 10 to 14 slices at a time, at $2.95 each, because I prefer to freeze them for later. I dislike waiting in line and will go elsewhere if there's a wait, which is why I buy in bulk. It's puzzling to me that they wouldn’t sell their products. I waited this time, but I won’t do it again. I refuse to spend my money where I'm not valued. It feels like their business approach is just like that of Starbucks or Walmart— "hurry up and wait."
Typically, they offer my favorite dishes, but this time, they had none of them available. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.
Each time I visit the counter, I notice a handwritten sign indicating that they will return at an odd hour. There should always be someone on hand to assist customers. Furthermore, during my last three or four visits, the coffee served has been quite disappointing—more watered down than I anticipated and simply not enjoyable. I won’t be returning.
The food is excessively priced and has a flavor reminiscent of watered-down mop water and old coffee. It's so uninviting that you’ll find yourself requesting extra seasoning just to mask the bitterness. And please, avoid their misleadingly advertised artisan sandwiches. They're essentially the same as subpar truck stop fare, heated in a microwave and presented on a bun.
I had a wonderful experience at my Indian Lake Starbucks while looking for coffee, and I wanted to share my appreciation for the team there. As I was leaving, one of the staff members cheerfully called out, "Have a nice day!" – how lovely is that? The already amazing coffee tastes even better now. Thank you for always being so reliable and for making sure the Wi-Fi is seamless in the parking lot! It’s perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy coffee dates in their cars while chatting on the phone. Just a suggestion!
