Feedback gevenThey usually do not have medium-sized meals, which is not the problem. the problem is when they order a medium medium and they accept their order and take the money. if it is time to order them, they give them a great meal. at least what they could do is that they know that they can decide whether they want to continue or not.
Last time we drove through there it was perfect, everything was delicious. This time our order was incorrect, fries were cold, didn't have the nugget sauce we selected, not the right number of nuggets and they were stale nuggets too. Not fond this time. Maybe next time will be better
We stopped with a group of people. Most people got their food reasonably quickly, but one person only got their food once the rest of the group had already finished eating, which was annoying, as it held us up waiting for her food.
Ive been to the store on 4 occassions and the App was always not working. Worse on the last occassion it was very slow, I tried to redeem the points, did all that is required and it unfortunately died again. It took the points but did not finalise the deal. I had to pay for my meals and was told that my points will be rewarded back to me....its been 3 weeks and they are still not back. From the 27 July 2022 to be exact Help fix the challenge with the App at Ermelo McDonald's.
If i could give a 0 i would. Worst online service ever. No phones, no tracking on delivery. No assistance. Waited more than 2 hours for delivery never received it. By 22h00 still no order. Want my money back!!
