Qdoba Mexican Eats - Henrico

Skip! That's the worst Qdoba I've ever seen. The place was exaggerated. There was food everywhere. There were mop buckets and clear storage containers sitting on the floor. The sink was dirty where the employees should wash their hands. It was just shameful to see compared to other Qdoba?s. The food looked stale and the steak was not fresh. The staff was polite, but this is not what I expect from every restaurant and certainly not a Qdoba. I threw out the food I bought. I didn't want to get sick.

5 stars for the woman who entered and finished our order when we were in a hurry to get to the airport. Somehow our online order was overlooked or ignored, and she jumped in and was so helpful and friendly. It is customer service, as this woman makes available for negative experiences. And thanks for the chips!

I did a pick-up job. Two of the bowls I ordered from five were mixed. Apart from that, everything was great. The food was fresh and it was ready as promised.

Looks like a pretty good alternative to Chipotle. You have more toppings and things to choose, but on my visit they were from some of my usual favorites, so I could not tell you how good the guacamole, or the Fajitas, or the corn salsa is. That was a bit disappointed. The AC was also broken inside so it was crazy hot LOL. Regarding the food I got it was very delicious, although the chips were super salty when they were double salted by mistake. I would definitely try it again, but maybe another store with AC hahaha...

It's ok, the workers are fine, but they never have guac or fajita veggies. At least 6 times in the last few months. And other locations have them, so I don't know what's up. I'm sure it saves the location a lot of money.
