Taco Bell - Henrico

The worst Tacoglock I've ever had in my life. Taco Bell please try to change franchise, it is appreciated.

We tried this Tacoglock a few times. We both work until 10 a.m., so it's usually at 1030, so not near the closing time. But we got cold hard food every time, and we are treated with posture, only for order. This is the worst Tacoglocke. Every time we try to give them another chance, it's the same problem. We're done here.

The Mexican pizza dish and nachos taste as if they cook with a food product that was too crunchy. Unable to eat food. It's bad if McDonald tastes. 4 star restaurant next to this place! My dog didn't even want to eat!

Grill didn't work so you can't order food... Strange as cars hang in the car drive thru and somehow were able to get food when I pulled out. This Taco bell usually has a good day staff, so I don't know if it's usually like that. I'll never come back in the night... I want someone to do jobs there.

I just ordered food from inside. The folks were so nice. One gentleman explained how to use the order screen, even though he was busy. As I was waiting only less than 5 minutes), two people asked me if I?ve been helped. The food was hot and very fresh, and the bill was fair. Thanks guys, for stepping it up at such trying times.
