O'pti Fourno - Herblay-sur-Seine

I was very satisfied with pizza from p'ti fourno until today. I ordered pizza with mozza di buffala roquette vinegar balsamic, the products were good but pizza seemed not to be fresh at all! I feel like pizzaiolo has added these 3 fresh ingredients to an old Margherita... Not good at all Very disappointing
