Feedback gevenHermitage was once great. I had a family tonight. What a hot mess. About cooked chicken pliers. Cod was immersed in the same via the cooking layer. Friends were okay. The rollers were flat. I would rather not repeat the mistake of wasting my time and resources again. What happened to quality control?
The staff was great! Location was great. Cooking staff needs a great improvement. A fillet mignon boiled, all frits were cold. Overall a decent experience. I would choose a different location only because of the cooking staff.
One of the few cross-country skiing (founded in 1971) restaurant chains began in Nashville, without a doubt, the best roles in the business! O'Charleys (and their chix channels) were ALWAYS the first choice of my daughter when she was younger. The offers are now even better, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A visit on Wednesday treats you to a piece of free cake, but I will say that they fall from the south a bit short of the cakes my grandmother, mother and aunts on the holidays. I can't talk to other places, but there is always a welcoming atmosphere at the Hermitage site, which is accompanied by great service. One of the few chains I will regularly apply. Recently the fish and chips ordered. I was excited for golden brown, beer crispy fillets, but although it had good taste, the fish was not as crispy as I hoped. And the sweet potato fries were so tender. I had much better at O'Charley?s, so I give this culinary experience a 3. Must try: Tenders, Catfish (farm raised, good season and not a strong fish taste), Southern Fried Chix Salad, Nash Hot Chix Sandwich, Prime Rib Steakhouse Burger wanted to try: Shrimp Poboy, Cajun Chix Pasta, and Carolina Gold BBQ Chix Sandwich missed the Mark: Apple Pebb To add, the peach bbler had a strong, from the aftertaste. These will not happen in the south.
The food was good. Unfortunately at Post Covid age they could use more help. No criticism of the waiting staff when they did their best. The place really needs to be cleaned. The carpets smell and are well over because they are replaced. The lights at each table have a good dust layer. Table seemed ok to be cleaned.
Wife and I went and sat in a filthy restaurant and ate bland, cold food. Manager gave us a gift card to try again. Ordered a steak to be cooked medium rare and it comes well done. This place is just terrible. Don?t waste your time
