Ihop - Herndon

As with any ihop, the food is exactly what you expect. In this one, the service is not very good at all. If you're in a hurry, this is not the right choice, but if you want, ihop food and don't mind mediocre service, go ahead.

Wow what a attitude from the host CARO, as soon as we walked in she was cold and refused to give us the booth seats because they can 't put high chairs CARO made us feel Unwelcome, unprofessional host!! But servers was friendly !

The worker were so friendly even though they were look very tired, I came in late night and they are keeping the place very clean, they are communicative and the food came just how I wanted. Thanks for that

A classic American breakfast of many types, including eggs, meat, and of course, huge stacks of pancake. Although a classic, the pancakes felt a little bit overwhelming as they were very dense and not fluffy(this could just be my preference). The toppings, however, were very fair as they did not hold back on the fruits and whipped cream.

Save your time and go somewhere else. You will be waiting 10-15 minutes to order your food and 40-60 minutes to get your food, and another 15-20 minutes to pay the bill. We gave them the second chance and I wish we didn’t.
