When I lived in Hialeah, I always bought this I moved to Georgia never again until today I went to a peasant market and Gwinnett county and I found it how can I get it closer and I know that you make money with your products where I am with
Sincerely I was very amazed by the cleanliness, kindness and extraordinary costumer service of their staff, especially the owners. Their products in my opinion are the best of the market especially their butter cupcakes which are very tasty and remarkable. They sell a pretty variety of Cuban pastries and treats which are going to take you back to the memories of your childhood.
I purchased a 12 oz. package of El Faro Bakery “cornbread” and it was plainly labeled as cornbread. I sliced a piece and noted that it was very sweet and I wasn’t convinced it was cornbread. This is the ingredients: enriched wheat flour bleached flour niacin, iron, thiamine, folic acid sugar yellow corn meal. Plus a myriad of other ingredients. My question: Wouldn’t the first and main ingredient for cornbread be corn meal? Actually it tasted more like pound cake. I think the ratio of corn meal to wheat was reversed or they need to get a person to sample their recipe that knows what cornbread tastes like! I really think it was mislabeled since I bought a loaf last week as cornbread and it was cornbread.
I buy their products anytime I can find them in Tampa. There is a particular gas station in clair-mel that I freak out whenever they get a new shipment in, I absolutely love their coconut snack . The regular coconut and the pineapple coconut ones are the best! The other flavors are good too but I prefer the regular and pineapple ones!
