Feedback gevenThis is by far the worst experience ever! Not only with the food the customer service is terrible! On July 29, 2020 I wasted $62.06 on uncooked pizza, wings were missing and the bread sticks were supposed to be cheese sticks that were super hard. The reason I say bread sticks its because it didn't have enough cheese! Not to mention as soon as i got my order I tried to contact them with no success! You get a call center which there is a person by the name of Melissa who i got 3 times in a row and she hanged up on me while she was laughing about it! I was placed on 3 different holds trying to get the store I waited on hold for a total of 1hour and 10 minutes! Still til today no call! I know restaurants mess up but the reason I will never buy here is because of the customer service! I used to be a shift manager for Pizza Hut in Fact I worked in this store briefly when I think Jackie or Jessica was the Manager in 2007. I have never experienced such bad customer service any where else and I despise Wal-Mart call center but you Pizz Hut have Won the prize for Worst Customer Service for 2020! Covid-19 has nothing to do with your bad customer service I was on hold forever because your customer service transfer to store needs to be fixed!
The place offers a large range of delicious food. I like dining here. Employees are always very friendly, prices are convenient and the place is always neat.
Worst place workers not wearing a mask curbside doesn?t exist lol even they do on the website and in front of me they will hang up in customers like they did to me smh
The pizza was sent completely raw. I called two kisses and they did not give me a solution I had to go in person so that they could return the money for the order and still they did not want to return what I paid as a tip
If I could, I would give it a 0. First of all, I am very disappointed with this experience. I ordered pizza awhile ago for delivery and they charged me for it. I waited for hours and when I called them for the pizza, they hung up on me. Then I drove to pizza hut and when I arrived none of the 8 workers were wearing masks in the middle of this pandemic. I told them my issue and they blamed it on the computer as well as told me they wouldn't give me the pizza I paid for.Tell me how the computer had issues in getting my order but had no problems in charging me. Overall, extremely bad costumer service and performance. I will not be ordering from this place again.
