Dunkin' - Hicksville

Currently 9:45, I drove up at 9:40 and the worker literally shut the door as were walking towards it meanwhile the facility closes at 10. Don?t know the kids name but should be fired for this act. There was another 2 customers behind me as well. Themanager should terminate this kid. I?m not one to complain, but when he started visibly laughing through the doors, I thought towrite this review.

We asked to sing a song and he said yes and that made me happy and he knew the song. He a real one for that.

I absolutely adore coming to this restaurant every morning. They greet you with a warm welcome and know your order without even having to ask. The customer service is top-notch!

I took my children to get ice cream on a hot summer day. We politely requested our ice cream, but the cashier gave us a lot of attitude when we asked for an empty cup because one of my kids' ice cream was dripping. She made a noise of annoyance and gestured with her hands as she handed us the cup. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service. We will not be returning to this Dunkin' store.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I don't get to come as often since I started working from home, but the staff here is great!
