Bbq Joe's Country Cooking - High Point

The brisket is by far the best I've had in all of North Carolina. I've started to become a repeat customer here as everything I've ordered off the menu has been delicious. The Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans side dishes have all been exceeding my expectations on the three visits I've made. You definitely need napkins and to wash up afterwards as the sauces are exquisite and quite messy. I look forward to my next visit to try yet again sometime new because I know it'll be delicious.

I've had some good barbecue over the years but this is probably the best. So tender and flavorful. I got the 3 Meat platter with baked beans with bacon and green beans. The meats I chose were pulled pork, pulled chicken and sliced brisket. Very juicy. Just a hint of the smoke flavor. I had a couple slices of brisket left over so I brought them home to my texas native wife who took them to work. Texas lady approved.

As far as the barbecue goes it is standard North Carolina barbecue. It is well prepared, well seasoned, and delicious. The sides are all good too. There are times where we just don't want to cook on a Friday night and we also don't want to go out, so we will order from here and pick it up and eat it at home.

I got the 3 meat plate with 2 vegetables. Barbecue chicken, brisket and ribs and it amazing. You could pull the bone right out of the chicken, the brisket was very tender and the ribs were out of this world, tender. I loved it all.

The best in bbq and phenomenal brisket. One must try once because you WILL be back. I travel 37 miles for the brisket, worth every mile.
