Whataburger - Highland Village

I just love going to this place every morning. That was until this morning. IF!, you want rude employees to stand at the front door and scream in front of all the other cars to MOVE FORWARD! Instead of being an adult and walking to the car to ask me to move. She was loud, rude, and you just lost a very loyal customer. I work in Customer Service. This is absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and when I complained. The lady just smiled. Eat at A different location. The high school students here are slowly destroying what has always been, and the owners obviously don 't care. #Dyingdiner

We love this Whataburger, but after this mornings visit I don't think we will be back. You have a rude guy working the drive thru name on my receipt was Ivan. I felt like I was being rushed to place my order. After he handed me the sack I said thank you and he just shut the window on me. The taquitos were very dry and the tortilla was stale.
