I have had three bad experiences back to back I’m convinced it’s the location. I stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes watching the young lady clean up mind you the store was not closed yet and she’s already tossing things out she looked at me three times after waiting 20 minutes she finally came to bring me my pizza I was pissed because I was assuming it has not came out the oven yet she literally made me wait outside while my pizza was done in the freezing cold and then handed me a cold pizza I have tried to contact the store manager and the general manager someone needs to check out this location I will not stop until I get in contact with someone

We ordered a hand tossed and a thin crust pizza. We picked it up. Yes the one on highland Ave across the street from stater brothers. We picked it up and assumed they did it correctly. We got home there were two thin crusted pizzas. I called and the worker said if I bring the wrong one back they'd make us a hand tossed. Gas prices are high. After driving there from the other side of highland by 5 th Street why would I drive back? They should have suggested delivering it to me or making my next one free. So I said I'd call corporate. This was very poor customer service. We just put it in a plastic bag and in the refrigerator
