Buffalo Wild Wings - Highlands Ranch

I try to see the best in people and their service as a fellow server but Kelsey, I don’t think this is the right field for you. Rang in food through you twice, missed them both times, meaning they never even came out. 2 hours in we finally get some cold food they probably had leftover in the back for an hour. Shame she was to busy talking to her coworkers or on her phone to realize. Place wasn’t even busy. Real shame, I don’t recommend this place anymore like I used to. If you still come here good luck, you’ll be serving yourself.

Wings were cold when served, like very cold! This picture is a order of fries, they were cold as well. Looks like they bought them at McDonald’s and just thru them on their own plate. 2 Stars bcs the server was very nice, but she kept having to send everything back to the microwave

I have not had good experiences trying to get food to go from here. Yesterday I ordered with UberEats and the fries were cold and the box was barely full. Order/Driver showed up fast so I'm guessing the fries were cooked before I even placed my order. And the sauce on one of my wing orders wasn't correct. The fries always seem to be cold when I order takeout from here. I love wings and BBW is close but I don't think I can order from here anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place for takeout.

We went here for Fathers Day and has a terrible experience. First, after we got out our drinks and appetizers it took about 30 minutes for us to flag down our server and order our actual meals. Not to mention having to ask for refills every time she passed because we didn’t know when she would be back. THEN, everything we ordered came out one by one across the span of about an hour and instead of getting 30 wings and large fries (like we ordered) we got 16 wings and regular fries but we’re being charged for what we originally ordered. The manager who “helped” was extremely hostile, didn’t apologize, or offer any compensation for having to deal with this. From the time we got there to when we finally left took 2 hours, most of that time was spent waiting. I truly feel bad for the family who we saw sit for an hour sipping on their water and desperately looking around for someone to take their order, and hope they were PROPERLY compensated.

Wally and Nicolette were amazing. Very attentive and detail oriented. Everything was perfect and they didn't miss a single thing. Very friendly and just all around amazing people. Will be coming back to this location even though it isnt the closest one to me just cause of them.
