Nobody in line inside 3 people in back 1 up front working drive thru. Waited along with another customer 10 minutes to order. The biscuit maker was flipping off the guy fixing food about being off tomorrow. The other lady making food was yelling she worked 78 hours and got only $800.00. She finally came came took our order. Gave us cups with ice in them and one had stuff in the cup. I asked for another she proceed to throw it. While we are still waiting on our food she makes comments to other workers how she need to get more coffee in her so she will be less irritated. Then someone comes in wanting coffee she says I don’t have time to ring it up here is a cup I get mine free all day long. Real nice crew working here. So I am a reg customer. The past 3 to 4 weeks the service has been hit or miss. 1st let me say the lady who works the front (older black lady, she talks about her grands, its not the shift manager, although she is nice) she is AMAZING. so 3 weeks ago I went through the line. The younger lady taking the orders and packing was extremely rude. Then when I get to the window and there is a teen sucking her thumb taking money and packing orders. I went yesterday I said hey I would like to order a egg platter I paused then I said I have a coupon. She cut me off and said what else I said I was giving u coupon code she cuts me off AGAIN and yells I got it already what else. I asked her are you alright today? Then she tried to switch her tone. I said I cannot eat here today and I left. As an experience restaraunt manager My suggestion would be that you have the proper training on costumer service and communication. If you see that someone does not have the best costumer service skill they need to be cross trained to support back of the house or they need to be working from home with another company.
