Carts On Main - Hillsboro

Well would have loved to try this place, drove 15 miles to get here and it's closed. On a Saturday night at 5pm. Says they are open to 7.pm but they lied. How do you stay in business if you post hours and close on Saturday nights? The parking also looks suspect. Not really off street. So good lick getting a spot.

Amazing BBQ... I was look for a good smoked brisket yesterday and Chadwicks didn't disappoint tucked a way it's one of Hillsborough's hidden gems if it's a good BBQ your looking for in the Hillsborough area Chadwicks Pit is a must.

Chadwick's Pit has excellent brisket! Good brisket is so hard to find, but Chadwick's does a great job with their tenderness and flavor. (I hate chewy, tough, or dry brisket! I'd eat at Chadwick's every day if I could.Great baked beans and pineapple cole slaw too.The best part? They're always so friendly too. How many times you get served by someone who hates their job?? Great barbecue cart. Loved the fries at the Bun Intented cart. Also there is a vegetarian cart that I will have to try next time.
