I’m lifting up this location with my gratitude. They are working as hard as they can with what they have. I want to encourage other customers who work outside of the food service industry, it is especially difficult right now. Staffing is low while business is just as busy as ever. If they don’t get your order right, give them the gift of patience. They want to make it right for you. I experienced a forgotten burrito with my order and had to drive back to get it. When I let them know they apologized, pushed my order through to the front of the line and wanted to remake anything else for my inconvenience. I realize this is not everyone’s experience, I was met with generosity. But even if the employee is grumpy, consider they’ve already been going through their share of unhappy customers. It is really draining to keep a smile when you are tired. Maybe your smile in return could help them in a small way. Keep going, friends.
