Beef 'o ' Brady 's

I had family in town, it was Wing Wednesday and Beef O Brady's was our choice for dinner. Everything was delicious, came out nice and hot, got everything we ordered, the way it was ordered. Out waitress, Alicia, was spot on with good energy and very social. Had alot of fun joking around with her, would definitely ask for her again. The food and the service was top notch.

I have been to this establishment a few times. Today was not an exceptional experience. Some of the food was kind of cold, and one of our chicken wraps was made correctly. Not terribly, busy, but service could have been better. Try harder next time. I also witnessed a family of 3 sit down directly behind us.They were never served or paid any attention to after they walked in, and 15 minutes later, they got up and walked out without ever being served. Epic fail there.. I did see one potential problem that I think could be an issue. That the bigger parties received more attention than smaller the ones.That doesn't necessarily mean bigger tips.
