Steak 'n Shake - Hillsborough County

3/11/24 placed 2 meal orders for garlic burgers but they were completely dry. No flavoring what so ever. I called and the manager Yaslyn was very helpful and said to come any day to get my meals remade for free since we live far, all I had to do was give her name. Sent my bf up there to redeem with our small child and the manager on duty was completely rude. Said no, essentially that it never happened and we were trying to get free food. She didnt ask for a receipt or anything. I called to speak with them about it and she was rude and said my bf needed to conduct himself better. She stated that she could call Yaslyn to inquire but wouldnt and hung up on me. As a GM of a food place myself, this was completely unacceptable service. Appalled at how we were treated. She needs to be retrained or find a different job. Receipt attached since she wanted to call us liars.

This was the best steak and shake experience yet. The employees were the best. I have no problem with ordering from a kiosk. The food was prepared quickly. They even brought it to the table! The place was spotless.

Nobody is working inside. Have to order at a kiosk now. Order thru the drive thru if you require human. The milkshake is different and not in a good way. The straw for the shake I so wide, you could drink your shake in 4-5 pulls on this idiotic straw. Poor service, subpar everything...

The stuff trying to cheap out and save money by filling up the Coke only with ice and large bag of french fries half full
