Sage Room - Hilton Head Island

Wow, this place was fantastic! Our server, Kim, was excellent and very attentive. The pork belly, short rib, beet salad, and sea bass were all incredible. My child really loved the duck. I will definitely be coming back!

I celebrated my birthday at Sage last November, and everything was fantastic—the food, service, atmosphere, and wine were all exceptional. While it is on the pricier side, I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for the perfect place for a special evening.

At first glance, this restaurant might not seem very inviting, but once you step inside, all your doubts will disappear. It’s among the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. They offer nightly specials along with a diverse menu that caters to everyone’s tastes. You absolutely cannot miss the soybean martini—it’s the best $2.00 you’ll ever spend. The short ribs were incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and the shrimp pasta featured a fantastic tomato sauce. This place is a definite must-visit, but be sure to make a reservation!
