Mcdonald's - Hilton Head

Grateful is an understatement! When I was away from home for 9 hours and my brakes went out, I was so stressful and terrible, but from the moment I called them to the moment I left, they treated me with nothing but compassion and excellent service. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and then safe once we were back on the road. This is so important when you travel with your two teenagers. We appreciate everything!!

6 stars!! Came in thinking, I needed a new generator based on what AAA told me – Glen and Chris quickly opened the hood and diagnosed the problem as a loose battery connection. 10 minutes later they had solved the problem with a part they had in the store. Instead of using a simple opportunity to change me, they were super honest instead and helped me go my jeep for about 99% less than the quotes I got from other shops on the island. Our family will come back to RS at any time if we need service in HHI.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place made me say with many good things. They really listened to the problem I had with the truck, and after the fixation they explained what they found and what they did and offered further advice. Then I saw the price... it was reasonable. I expected more. The owner told me he wants a life customer. He has one! I'll take my other vehicle. Do you want a professional, polite, customer-oriented, affordable, no bs and knowledgeable mechanic? You want old school customer service? Go to the store! I couldn't say enough about this place and it's owner. The mechanics and owners were cool to talk with and all had smiles, and you could say they were really well maintained.

I recommend this company!! I was from the city that got me the same day. Diagnosis of the problem. I was fixed in a few hours. Thanks again. I would have paid twice what they accused!! Excellent work!
