Feedback gevenI called to talk to a specific real person regarding a customer service matter 3 times; last Monday, yesterday and today. Last Monday, I got a voice mailbox and left a message with my number and no one bothered to return my call. Monday I called and got a real person and left a message for the person I needed to speak to only to not be called back even though I was told she would be in the office later that day. Today I called a different number and got a voice mail greeting by the person I needed to speak to early this morning. I left a detailed message with my number and it is now late afternoon. I guess Marylou's is not interested in keeping their customers. Time to find a new favorite brand coffee...
Great coffee stop. There's a bunch of coffee flavors to try and they take care to make it how you like it. Service was pleasant and quick. The iced coffees we got were all really good. It was a little weird walking into what looked like an old 7-11 but they're actually located in the back and have a blatantly obvious/pink counter. Prices were reasonable (on par with Dunkin and other coffee places in the area)Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the store.
Worst coffee shop to ever exist managers are the rudest people ever, they were talking about employees behind their back also the company does not care about their employees at all
Despite the good coffee and great staff, it's no longer worth it at their ridiculously expensive prices that seem to go up about every two months.
Best stuff and employees! Great service, Brianna, Siobhan, myrah, Rosie and Rebekah are the friendliest and always give it their all. Would recommend to anyone and everything. The girls here deserve a raise!
