Bily is not just a friery, it's the place of convergence of a whole tribe of Montois students and fetards whose thought full of beer calls without respite a good, fat fries accompanied by its sauce. Why at Bily? Is that the speed of service? The way the sauce is cast vulgarly on fries? or the proximity of the place? No one knows. Still is it that the 'in Bily' friery has entered the legend, and I dare hope that my back little children will go there again to perpetuate the tradition...
