This place is by far the best Chinese I had in the NWI area! I live in portage but will travel to Hobart to get it! The food is amazing and the staff is absolutely the most friendly! I made a call not long ago, and they misunderstood how late I would pick it up when I arrived, it was still ready. They didn't even start, but they had it ready for me less than 10 minutes!
I believed a place with good... No... GREAT... Chinese food. I finally found it! The crabs Rangoons were so delicious. There were actually small pieces of crab in them, and the taste just danced on your tongue. I also had a hard time finding a place with sugar biscuits. Rice Garden has them and they are WONDERFUL! I felt pampered directly by the bat, because you can actually dinate, most Chinese places are still only executed. The food hit the dish from the kitchen, and the dish hit the table within seconds. So hot, so fresh... you must be careful not to burn your mouth! FLAVOR! Honestly, everything was just bursting with taste. The woman waiting for us was friendly, helpful with descriptions of menu items, and very attentive. The prices were reasonable, the portions were generous and I mentioned FLAVORFUL?! This last part will sound fun, but even the lucky cookies were better than most places. I can't remember what brand they were, but even if the lucky cookies are above average, you know you're in the right place.
I want to start this review by saying I eat a lot of Chinese food. When I say a lot, I mean a lot! It must be one of the best places I've ever been! The chicken was amazing as well as the spring and egg rolls. Besides, the free donuts are just the sweetest. Our waitress was very friendly and even recommended a court. Amazing service! If I could rate it higher, I would.
Best authentic cuisine. Nothing compares. Worth the trip.
