Hog's Australia's Steakhouse - Hobart

10yo and I went for dinner..easy, friendly service and good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly, even following me to return a jacket down the road! We then went back later in our trip with others and once again kids burgers just fine!

We were excited to eat here as many had closed down in Perth- The steak was average, they charged $2,95 for each sauce. I asked to change the chips to a baked potato with sour cream. The waiter brought me sweet potato chips. When i questioned him he said he could bring out a potato which would cost more. I didn’t eat the $2:95 extra sour cream as it was supposed to be with the potato, The garlic sauce and mushroom sauce was disgusting so we asked for the tomato sauce, My partner took off the mushrooms from his steak as it tasted ‘funny’. The waitress seemed friendly but couldn’t speak English, The bill came to $112 for two adults and a child, There are a million better places to eat at in Hibart

Haven’t been to a Hogs Breath in a while and so looking forward to it. However was sadly disappointed. My fruit tingle cocktail was 90% ice and in the smallest glass I have ever had one in. Very disappointed. Meals were on the small size and normally I can’t finish a meal. Overall experience was disappointing

Very decent feed at decent prices. Table service for ordering and everything without having to get up until the end. Good customer service and food

Great service, good variety of food. Great Tassie beer in bottles. Good place for families and large groups. Alway greeted with a smile. Food was tasty and steak cooked with nice sauce and salads
