Feedback gevenThis place needs a new manager or owner to enter. they wait for 15 minutes to order, because of the long lines they order an icy coffee the way they desire it much taste and sugar and they get it back without sugar and it tastes like t and hot bare ice. the staff of the young children has no idea how to make coffee, even if you tell them how to get their only coffee in 10 meilasses and it is worth getting a service. after complaining, cooperating and not even reacting or compensating them only take them the 10 to 12 minutes drive to stuart it is worth their time. those are the worst dds out there! very disappointed I will visit 3 times a day, but refuse to waste my money here at this hoarded sound dds. tired of wasting my money! do not wait that they drive to stuart beside big apple pizza and wendys ..
Worst...worst...worst... dds out there! lines are slow, give hot ice coffee out, evil and dirty etc. coffee wrong 99.99% of the time. The only reason why everyone comes to this müller is because there is not another for 10 miles. if they only rent teenagers at minimum wage to save money, they do a more thorough interviews! if I had not set the option of a star, I would not have.
I prefer mc d’s as my off-of-office meeting place, but I find the newer dunkins as a much cheaper, quieter place. the coffee and donuts are not a slouch.
I love dunkin' donuts, but I'm not sure if it's the post COVID experiences that I have been with so many drive-thrus or if it's just these particular locations, but I have been twice in this particular location in the last month. it was at least 3 months since I was there for the first time. the first time was the personal in order, but after I got paid and came into the second window, they told me that they had no croissants, and I had a speck, egg and cheese croissant ordered as I always. So I had to change into a bagel. When I came home and started eating it, I could hardly chew through them. I also get a glazed donut and a chocolate glazed when I am there. They were from both types, so I got a vanilla frosted a strawberry frosted, and both were stale. when I finally got the nerve to go back and try again, I had a little better experience. the staff was very friendly! they even gave me extra speck on the side for my dogs, but they forgot to put the speck on my speck, ei and cheese croissant. they sell the sides of the speck (what I got) and I had known that it wasn't on my sandwich, I obviously wouldn't have eaten it on my way to home directly from his little bag, plus the dogs also ate their free. I would have liked to get it so I would have added it to my sandwich. but I was not angry or so much because they were so nice and they also gave me the free side of speck for my dogs. that's going far with me. So I went back a few days ago and I decided I would check my order this time before I drove out this time. the problem was that I paid $4.99 for the extra side of speck for my dogs and it probably two pieces speck all broken in the small pocket. Usually the bag is full and high and that was hardly half full! I almost said something, but I decided that I just didn't return there anymore. the donuts were so good. they were fresh and they had actually made them available, so I was happy about this aspekt der dinge. therefore the mixture of good and evil deserves the three given stars.
I have been here 30 to 40 times. I would say they get my order wrong 25% of the time. They are also very slow and the drive thru gets backed up so far it can take 15 minutes or more to order. Without a doubt the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. AVOID IT
