Taco John's - Holdrege

We waited about 45 minutes until I went to check and finally realized it was closed which bumbed me out but we had about 10 other cars that waited also. A closed sign would have been awesome. It is usually really good when we eat there.

I went to order food for my nieces and myself. I was interrupted by the manager who gave me my total before I finished ordering. When I told her I wasn't done ordering, she told me to pull up to the window. She then informed me that she had deleted my order, all because I had not completed my order. She threatened to call the police because I was not done ordering. This was extremely rude customer service and the worst service I have ever experienced.

The restaurant's posted hours are until 9pm, but customers are rarely seen after 7pm.

I have visited the Holdrege branch twice and have been disappointed with the food both times. The first time, I was warned that the fries were hot. They were not hot, but severely overcooked and difficult to eat. This time, I ordered chipotle lime fried chicken tacos but received jalapeño instead. I am unlikely to return, which is a shame because I usually enjoy Taco John's.

I ordered a meat potato burrito I didn't hardly get any beef. Mostly lettuce!Not a 4.50 burrito.it SUCKED
