Primo Salt Lake City - Holladay

We visited Primo in Salt Lake City on Thanksgiving Day. I chose it because it was one of the few places open that day. To my surprise, they offered a complete Thanksgiving menu, and everything was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and we left feeling very satisfied.

We dined at 6:00 on a Thursday evening. There were very few diners in the place, and we wondered whether we had made a bad choice. As it turned out, everything about our experience was fantastic! Seriously, the food, the service, the quiet, the decor, the cleanliness of the dining room and rest rooms. Run, don't walk, if you want an elegant experience, a wonderful meal and a great value!

My spouse and I had a lovely evening. We both had a cocktail that was excellent and then I had the fish of the day, sea bass prepared with capers and butter sauce. It was excellent! The place is quiet and the staff took very good care of us.

Eating was okay. the ambiente was dated. service was good. bill was $155 plus tipp. ok, I guess, but I don't see we're going back.

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, and it was a soothing and enjoyable experience. The staff was courteous and attentive, and our meal was delightful. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.
