They 've given the word slop another meaning quality good food! I 've been here at least 3x now, and I keep running into the same people who are in the same boat as I am they keep coming back for more. I first tried the fried fish w/ fries it was awesome and so tasty. I usually steer clear of fried foods but there 's no way I can stay away from their fried fish it 's not greasy and tastes great. I haven 't had fried fish this good in a while. My next visit I tried the Philly Cheesesteak OMG awesome! Shelly (she 's one of the Sous Chef 's there who makes the magic happen made the philly Texas style using tortillas and grilling them. Wow it was awesome food on the go! She put tons of cheese and onions (no skimping here! and adds in jalapenos per request. I could not finish it all, it was the best thing I 've had on a tortilla since I could remember! And then the ribs! OMG they were so damn good! I bought their rib plate, had a bite of the ribs, they were so smokey good and fall off the bone that I ended up buying more ribs to take home. Shelly and her Pitmaster (Jeremy knows what to do here I was very impressed. Jeremy is becoming a social network guru he 's working on building up their Facebook page and will eventually be on Twitter as well. They have really good burgers here that 's next on the list. Ribs aren 't offered everyday (may have to check their Facebook page or call ahead but the Philly, Quesadillas, Burgers, and Fish Fries are staples on the menu. Shelly said they 'll be open for lunch on Tuesdays through Fridays from 11 3pm, and on Friday evenings they do a dinner shift from 5 8pm. It 's the best damn slop I 've every had!
