The maintenance manager, Rachel, at this two-bedroom apartment building is inefficient and in need of improvement. There are no security cameras, making it easy for tires or cars to be stolen, which happens frequently. Although I do not live here, I have two friends who do - one owner and one renter.

The parking situation is terrible, with only one spot per apartment and nowhere else to park. The interior of the building has a shelter-like odor that is unpleasant.
