Mcdonald's - Homestead

The Service is good and the restaurant is always clean whenever I go there. Sometimes they get my orders wrong. But it's never an issue and they always change it if needed. :

THIS MCDONALDS IS INSANE!!! mean who put these type of people “in charge”? A joke. They refused me a cup of water in the drive thru. Saying i had to purchase something. I’ve been “purchasing” my entire life ? I’ve never been refused water at McDonald’s in 27 years until now. Didn’t have any remorse either. Just left me hanging on the speaker while others were waiting behind me.

Ordered a deluxe mccrispy . Was given a spicy one . I told the worker I ordered the deluxe . The manger told me to wait and give me the proper one . Upon opening it up at my destination. The manager just changed the package of the sandwich. I found that it’s very unprofessional for a fast food place. I don’t eat any spicy food which is why I told them the order is wrong ! This could affected someone health!

WORKERS ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL AND HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE SOME MANAGER WITH A SCARF OVER HER HEAD GOT ANGRY BECAUSE I WAS ASKING FOR STRAWS AND SENT SOMEBODY ELSE TO GIVE THEM AND WAS YELLING IN THE BACKGROUND AND A BOY WHO WORKED AT THE FIRST WINDOW WITH A LOW CUT HAVE A ATTITUDE EVERYTIME I ORDER FOOD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS PLACE NEED NEW WORKERS

I just went through the Drive Dhru and ordered 2 ice caramel maquiatto, and apart from the fact that they are super slow at the drive dhru I had to wait outside for 20 minutes, they never brought me my coffees, I went in to get them and they were pure water, they didn't taste like nothing,
