Feedback gevenThe food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. I waited for 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of me, and no one was taking orders. To make matters worse, they didn't have any dietary drinks available. This was the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had.
I noticed a customer leaving because he had to wait an excessively long time to be served. The service is incredibly poor, which is quite disappointing. On the positive side, the food is really good. It's a shame for the company, as they could potentially be one of the top five chains out there! What Popeyes needs to do is let go of their current staff, invest in better training and rewards, and start fresh. It doesn’t really matter how they go about it; they just need to make changes!
I visited this restaurant without expecting much in terms of friendly staff, and I found the loudspeakers very irritating. While the positions here may not have the most prestigious titles, the staff take pride in the quality of service they provide, regardless of their roles.
2 courts; the restaurant was empty with a few cars in the drive-thru at 2:30 o'clock. was warned there would be a 10-minute waiting time as they had no offers. 35 minutes later, we had our meals.
If I could give a zero I would. Staff were sitting outside on their headsets and telling guests they were closed. We wanted to get some food but the store was closed when we arrived at 9:30. Good food bad service. We went there a couple days prior and received rude service that was brief with short snappy answers.
