The trip was 20 minutes. I went in and stood for 10 minutes and was never recognized or asked if I wanted something. I went and went to the in munster and got big, quick and pleasant service. will not return to the Halsted site. poor customer service and management.

They have a new burget 1921 burger that my kid really liked. Fries were overcooked though and didn't have enough salt.

I didn't get what I ordered because of lack of concern, and the argument I've auditude of the employee. After the long wait because evidently he was arguing with the people in front of me. I just excepted what I was giving without a argument because I didn't have time. But I won't waste another 40 to be dissatisfied, disappointed, and disrespected. I sincerely hope that you guys resolve this customer service issues for your own business sake.

On this day did not go to White Castle friends went to White Castle but I think he looks like after before love him on your rings they have pretty good food so I will say okay for now.
