Canton Bistro - Hong Kong

I was just here a few times, but I would say they are better than 90% of the 300$/person restaurants. Lunch halfbuffet has a nice selection and whoever makes their desserts was obviously cut off from somewhere very special. Kids Set Burger was a little over boiled for my taste, but I guess that's not a bad thing for a children's set, and I stole one of my children's slides.

This card listing was clearly created for Prohibition Grill (the Steakhouse), but someone has recently changed the title here Canton Bistro, which is another restaurant at Marriott Ocean Park. Only the recent review is for Canton Bistro, and the rest is obvious for Prohitibion. Google refused my editing so that this listing is really confusing. Anyway, prohibition is great. The whole party loved the steaks. The cornbread that comes with the bacon is particularly brilliant. One thing I would not recommend is the potato maize side, which tastes like cheese with about 5% potatoes, and not in a good way. But overall it was a very nice experience and definitely recommended.

Everything's good, but it's a little expensive. My steak was cooked for the first time, they cooked me a new one. Service was excellent.

Excellent steak and service detailed staff. Very comfortable environment and spacious. Worth the price.
