Fantastic service from the gm sandro in team! my partner and I enjoyed a solemn free evening dinner after the conclusion of our quarantine traveled to Europe for the summer. sandro and his colleagues welcomed us warmly at the arrival and we had great seats through the windows with a view of the kitchen, since everything was freshly brought on our table. we loved the cod, steak and sushi especially, with excellent bubbles throughout. after dinner we went up and enjoyed the DJ set of night brunch and has some fantastic cocktails from its bar. highly recommended to visit zuma on Saturday evening for great eating warm service and party vibes!

Best freeflow brunch so far. large menu from meat to tempo to sashimi. had a late reservation and sat next to the waiter station, but was still worth it. in any case will always visit again and again.

Great experience! fresh, delicious seafood and high quality snacks! we asked to utter replenish a few times, and they were absolutely delicious, very creamy and not too salty. the free flow of ruinart champagner does not hurt either! service was very fast and attentive. great ambiente and fantastic place for a brunch with friends! this reataurant delivers absolutely!

We made the free-flow brunch deal. they bring starters and then they can order as many more as they want, or for the seafood platter they can order one of the ingredients on their own faust. it is all high-quality food and no big carb fillers like rice, kartoffel or pasta. there is also anyway, my was not as good as the appetizers to be honest, still very tasty. then there is a large top plate at the end. the service was wonderful.

Amazing spot! Absolutely loved our Ruinart champagne brunch here. Restaurant decor was stunning, and particularly loved watching the open kitchen when seated at the bar counter. Food was spectacular and service was some of the best we’ve had in Hong Kong. Staff were super accomodating to dietary requirements and happy to make adjustments to the set menu as required. We were super impressed and will definitely be back!
