Had a fantastic dining experience here. Food, service and view from the outdoor dining area were all superb. Popovers come complimentary and the $10 a glass house chardonnay was very good. Plan to go regularly. The hostess Debbie was the sweetest woman on the planet and gave us popovers to take home as well as the recipe.

Had the Thursday special for lunch, the smoked brisket sandwich absolutely delicious. Really nice view of Ala Moana Park as well, with plenty of ventilation. Not cheap, but sometimes ya gotta splurge and enjoy life!

First time in Mariposa after hearing a lot of good things about this place. Food and drinks are delicious, service is great. I would come back for sure.

One of my favorite places to celebrate my birthday. I'm glad they stopped politics waiting for the whole table to get there before they sit. Big server and of course eating is always top Notch. Love the pop overs with strawberry butter and chicken present. I always command the lobster club and hurricane fries. I have to share the meal because it's so big to eat alone. They cut the sandwich differently than before. They used to look like a turkey club. And loved how my server brought ice with a candle. Mahalos for another great meal and with a beautiful view! I am not sure why tourists complain this place, everyone has its own way / unique taste; The restaurant was there for over 10 years. Their prices are always expensive because they have beautiful views. You go not only there for food, some are very great taste and some are not so good, but overall it is a decent menu, but above all attraction it is a beautiful view and that is what you pay
