I had a cousin who recommended this place to my family and told me she was right at the money, how good it was here. We had the egg roll first and it was good. I love how to put the places out rice noodles together with the order of egg rolls in a bed of vegetables. Pho came and they had Culantro that I think is a must when I eat Pho. Most places leave this from the typical bean sprouts and basil plate. I don't care about the lemon they're offering because I'm more of a lime type. But in this case it was not important how the Pho was delicious. It was better then all I did in NY for the last three years quite close or on par or maybe even hit a good amount of places in Texas. The only thing that's not best is the mother, but it's up there. The bowl came hot as hot as I can treat as I ate half of the bowl without hoisin or Siracha, because I didn't think it needed something that was perfect. My wife in the second half and it was still hot for her to eat when she started. Next we had Bo La Lot. These are two thumbs on all right fixes and the fish sauce here is done right. I didn't have to compare it anywhere on the island, but it was like I got a job and sitting on the beach and watching the sunset somehow well. In the end, the main thing we had actually come for was the Canh Chua and Ca Kho To, after I laughed about soup with my rice I was mad at me for not coming yesterday for day 1 Viet food. I recommend this place for Viet Food, the service was phenomenal, but we spoke Vietnamese, so there were no language barriers. I saw them interact with a not Viet person and they were very accommodating for him as not sure as some of the other reviews received bad service.
Best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Everything was authentic and super fresh.
This is my second time visiting Hawaii and i had to stop back here again for the pho. If I visit a Hawaii a third time, then I'll stop here for lunch again. Great service great pho. This picture is also halfway through the meal. It was huge.
One of the better Pho restaurant in Chinatown. Recommend their Bun Bo Hue. You can ask to remove blood tofu and pig feet if that's not your thing.
This is one of our go to locations for lunch. They offer a wide variety of dishes, from soups, rice dishes, appetizers, banh mi...literally a hundred-plus ... our favorites are: #91 (cold noodle with toppings, renumbered to #86), the beef stew with egg noodles, the rice plate with lemongrass chicken...the fish stew, too many to remember...they 're all good.
