Chick-fil-a - Hoover

Service was excellent and so was the meal. the employees should put a piece at the back for their service to the customers, which gave a lot at the time I was there. even if they were packed, the speed of the service was very fast and ready as I had requested. clean toilets, beautiful interiors, parking space when they are an eating, is a little on the dense side especially when lunch. but Drive-Thru moves very fast.

Have consistently had good service and eating here. once they have made my order wrong (for no speck cost on an salad), they quickly repaired another salate and told me to keep the original salate. they also gave me a free limonade while I was waiting. that is a good customer service.

Take away a star because the guy in the car thru, that I repeated my order, and still someone else has commanded. I went in and was corrected, but I went through the drive thru out of a ground. then they have us a honey roasted Bbq sauce, for two sandwiches and pommes. this is not the standard I saw from this company. similar experiences at lakeshore dr. Something's going somewhere in the system.

I was just there and one of the hired was in the middle of my command and a manager went by and said he couldn't take my order because they closed at 9. it turned around 9 as my order was taken. absolutely rediculous

I ordered some breakfast to pick up for my morning meeting two days prior. The order was ready right on time which was great. Very polite and quick staff. Mt meeting attendees seemed to like the food, so overall a great experience.
