The Whole Scoop - Hoover

This place is great for meeting friends and family or just by yourself. It is open until 10 pm which is later than Bluff Park Ice Cream Shoppe which closes at 9 PM. With a good selection of ice cream you should be able to find something you like to put on your cone or in your cup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is seating inside and tables outside with umbrellas. We are looking forward to returning here for more ice cream cones in the future.

First time there, had the feel of a mom and pops creamery so many choices and loved how personable the owner was. They even had a cute little water station. Would love to come back to this place. Very satisfied!
