He said he?s sometimes there was answer to the phone and preparation goods on days they are closed. We were unable to make tasting, but we picked up some delicious flavored honey and checked the store. They are only open for the weekend and have a nice bar and dining options. Me? Will you keep an eye on the hours and come back for some tasting next time in the city?
Had a great time at this unique little place in Hopewell, VA. It was my first time tasting and the flavors were great. My favorite was the pineapple medal. I would give him 5 stars, but I came to taste mead and check out the charcuterie board I heard so much, but it was said it wasn't available. We could eat something before the kitchen is closed at 3:00. The food was also very good.
Nice welcoming place, food was good, especially the Ham Slider and Maissalat. My husband and I are from Baltimore and decided to visit because it was near where we were. Good customer service, not to mention, we came home with Goodies. Remember to expand your menu
I love to try what corresponds to the oldest fermented drink in the world. I tried her outlet in Fredericksburg and glad to see that it is just as good. Depending on the season, they can have up to 28 different flavors. So there's something for everyone, whether you want sweet, tart or something in between. They also have food in both sandwiches and interchangeable.
Wonderful spot in Hopewell! Tables inside outside, lots of different mead cocktail selections, and an amazing charcuterie board! Friendly staff and good music. ...and of course the honey wow!!! Will definitely visit again for a nice afternoon of fruity mead selections and good eats.
