Captain D's - Hopkinsville

Was not in a because the food was good and the service was great

I wanted a lunch and went captain ds in hopkinsville. I went through Drive-Thru and ordered my meal! I ordered the garnel flour and added a piece of fish. everything was hot and fresh and received great customer service.

I would like to put the ladies together only on a day shift in this one. shows the best captain ds I've eaten for a long time. eating is always fresh and perfectly cooked. no soggy fish here. the toilets and dining rooms are clean and the ladies that run this layer are friendly and friendly.

Food was below average. After waiting for our food for over 20 minutes, I approached the counter to ask and the lady making food overheard me ask and yelled up to me that there were only two of them and 800 of us. I was not hateful...I was just asking... she was hateful. Probably won't be going back. I understand alot of restaurants are short handed, but you don't talk like that to customers.

Even though the food was prepared good it was really slow getting it because of the short staff. The floor was a mess and they had a mop bucket out just sitting there waiting on someone to fall on it. The drink machine had liquid all over the floor below it. I have to say the service was ok but they are in need of help.
