Starbucks - Horn Lake

This place was as busy as I've seen a starbucks before. The young lady who took my order was very polite, but unfortunately she was with my order and no one, absolutely no one knew what was going on except me and my employee. I noticed during the transaction that her eyes rolled back in her head and she told me a moment when she tried to run away, she staggered and ran immediately behind the counter to help her, but she collapsed before I could come to her. I feel like management, stuff, local managers should be trained in such an emergency. I'm glad I and my staff made a decision for Starbucks this morning!! I called back later in the evening and said she was okay...

The waiting time is extremely long. You need to hire more people and understand most of the time that people will work, so time is very important.

Very clean, the displays are always very tidy and consistent changing. The workers were busy, but very polite. The surrounding music was very neutral and suitable for the atmosphere. My drink was made fast (Caffe Mocha) and I tried the dark chocolate espresso beans. The living area was very tidy and tidy. I also find it respectable to offer recycling options in your company.

You always have the best attitude. Even short employees, they trained people. And push commands pretty fast. We love coming here.
