Waffle House - Horn Lake

Christmas day. Shift change. Slow service. Hair in my waffle. A customer reminded me that it was Christmas. I quietly paid for my food after my 6 year old tipped the server.

Food was super fast and waitress was nice. Will def be back.

If you want good service and competitive prices along with good food served hot, this is the place to go.

Terrible customer service. I stood and waited patiently to order which never happened, the employees (two white women greeted me but never took my order and walked away never returning, then one African American woman walked up completely acted as if I wasn’t there and proceeded to ask the person behind me if they were placing a to go order) here clearly need customer service training.
