Wanted to try something different other than crackle barrel…….turns out, this place is a 5 star! Portions were plentiful, food was delicious and the price is right! All of the staff were working their tails off and doing a great job at serving their customers! It’s not off the beaten path but once you step inside you will feel as though it is. Give it a try, you won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed ? thank you Phil!!

Great place that is easily missed if not looking in the right place. We have been meaning to try this place for some time and finally got here. There was no wait to be seated and our orders were taken quickly as well. They pride themselves on fresh to the table so, it takes a bit of time to get your order. Ours took about 20 minutes. However, when the food did arrive it was very tasty. My wife had the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was huge! I had the Turkey club and it was more than I needed to eat! We want to return and try their breakfast but, everything we saw come out of the kitchen looked awesome and very generous portions. We will be back!

Really disappointed, the reviews sounded so promising. Wouldn't know anything about the food however. Spent 20min standing at the door to not be acknowledged by any of the passing staff. Multiple parties crammed in the door waiting to at least be noticed. Several patrons helplessly walked through the restaurant looking for any staff, to also be ignored. Our group called ahead making sure they could accommodate us for breakfast to be told after our standing room experience, that they couldn't serve us and it was only lunch. While we pondered our decision to come to this place, one of our friends used the horror house style bathroom, fighting his way around the extra pantry space that was openly storing food as well as the exposed wires-all in the bathroom, again. Based on the level of customer service, the overall cleanliness, and the unsatisfied faces of those already seated- I can only imagine that the high reviews for this place are friends and family, because anyone with any real sense of this place wouldn't accept the service or the healthcodes this place operates by.

If your in Hot Springs it a must if your looking for some good home cooked meal and your won’t leave hungry.Asked for Jennifer to take care of you she’s a rock star and takes good care of you.
