Rolando's - Hot Springs

A group of friends and I had a very pleasant lunch today at Rolando's. Our waitress, Tawni, was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and was delivered quickly and piping hot. I've eaten here several times and there are still things on the menu that I am looking forward to trying but either Lulu's enchiladas or Susu's enchiladas are always a great choice.Parking in downtown Hot Springs is always an issue but today I discovered the lot that is actually for Rolando's! It made my life much easier.

I've been coming here for several years, and it is surprisingly consistent. They have a unique menu that is fun to explore and well thought-out. Service is always sufficient and sometimes exceptional. This is one of my family's favorite foodie spots in Hot Springs.

On the terrace or inside, a perfect atmosphere for a quiet conversation over dinner or a larger gathering of friends. The authentic Ecuadorian food is delicious, fresh, and nothing like any other restaurant in HS. Our waiter Tawni was efficient, professional, and had great suggestions. Try the orange cranberry soda! Vegetarian options: Popeye’s burrito is the kind of vegetarian food that could convince me to be a vegetarian.

Very fresh food with large plates and servings — enough for a healthy breakfast too! My husband reports the Margarita was great. We both appreciated the unique murals paintings colorful inside: . Wish we lived closer than Minnesota but hope to return sometime. Cause was a very friendly efficient server. Thank you!
