Hòu àn Sǒu Qiáo Mài

On July 20, 2022, I visited a delicious soba restaurant located just a 1-2 minute walk from Abashiri Station on the JR Nemuro Main Line. I had stopped by several times in 2021, but it appeared to have been temporarily closed due to the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus. However, when I stopped by on my way back from Cape Notoro in May 2022, I found that it was open again, so I decided to dine there after a long time. I usually always ate the "oyster soba" that Abashiri is known for, but this time I ordered the "tempura chicken" and it was delicious. It is also recommended for those using the train as it is very close to the station.

The food here is really delicious! It's just a few minutes walk from the JR station. The menu has many kinds of options, but I always eat the kawasoba. It has a good smell and the price is reasonable. If you visit this town, please try it at least once! Whenever I come to this restaurant, I always eat the kawasoba. The crispy chicken skin is irresistible! It is very delicious. The price is also reasonable, and you will become addicted to it! Definitely try it out.
